Every Gate, Three Roles
Coordinated quarterly by the Gatekeeper Council — Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, Legacy Director, Internal Gate Leaders, and Influence Gate Leaders.
Gate Patron
Senior oversight, usually a pastor or elder.
Chief Gatekeeper
Operational head of the gate.
Emerging Gatekeeper
Successor-in-training.

Gatekeepers are recognized and formed by senior leadership through five phases — leadership roles are assigned, not self-applied for.
